Fenwick was charged with:

  • Attempted first- and second-degree murder;

  • Robbery;
  • Theft of $100 to under $1,500;
  • Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle;
  • Rogue and vagabond.

Johnson was charged with accessory after the fact.

Both were held at the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown.

The shooting remains under investigation.
